Next June 13, Friday the 13th, RUTA returns to Artik Freiburg for what might be our most dialed-in night yet.
This time, we’re thrilled to host the German debut of Burna, one of Australia’s most vital underground club exports. Burna has quietly carved out one of the most distinctive voices in bass music recently, with music on labels such as TraTraTrax, Nehza, or Jupiter4, and a consistently strong presence on Bandcamp, where each new drop tends to fly off the shelves. His sound maps a language of its own—fusing UK soundsystem culture, bass-heavy syncopated techno mutations, and Latin rhythmic memory into something meticulously crafted for the club.
Joining him on the club floor are RUTA’s own Sepbtt, with his percussive, sci-fi-leaning take on club music, and Noise Casino’s well-known blend of breaks, leftfield techno, bass, and beyond.
Upstairs, we will have a rare reggaeton-only set by Presea, all night long, deep-diving through all eras and styles of 25+ years of reggaeton history. We’re marking the early days of summer the way we know best—on a dancefloor, with maybe our most RUTA-sounding event ever. A night built around rhythm, range, and the simple act of being together, in community.
